Aerial Yoga Basics

Beginner/All levels

This balanced Hatha class uses yoga breathing and flowing movements to warm the body, followed by longer holding poses that help build strength and flexibility with the support of the silk, which serves as a prop to assist your body in poses. Aerial classes increase hand and arm strength and flexibility in the legs and back. Aerial Basics classes include an introduction and safety overview at the beginning of each class.
