Great for students who want to gain flexibility with the support of the wall harness and extension straps.  Some students who feel low back pain in a seated forward fold can achieve more successful stretches to increase their range of motion.  Postures are held to allow for traction stretching that helps lengthen muscle and tight fascia in joints.  You will leave feeling longer and taller in your whole body.
